Refund and Returns Policy

At Urban Area RO Service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality RO repair, installation, and maintenance services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be considered.


1. Service-Based Policy

Since we provide on-site repair and maintenance services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered and approved by the customer.

However, in case of genuine issues, such as incomplete service or dissatisfaction with the work quality, customers can contact us within 24 hours of service completion for review.


2. Advance Payments

  • If a service is booked in advance and canceled before technician dispatch, the customer may request a refund or service reschedule.
  • If the technician has already been assigned or has reached the service location, a visit charge may apply, and the refund will be partial.

3. Replacement of Parts

  • Any RO spare parts or accessories replaced during service are non-returnable once installed.
  • Manufacturer warranty (if applicable) will be provided for genuine parts only.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved after review:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
  • Urban Area RO Service reserves the right to reject refund requests if the issue is found unrelated to the service provided.

5. No-Show or Wrong Information

If a customer books a service but provides incorrect information or is unavailable at the scheduled time, no refund will be applicable.
